We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and, where applicable to individuals located in New Zealand, the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).

2. How we collect information

We collect information directly from you when you contact us, complete the form on our website, meet with us, or otherwise engage with us in the course of a sales, partnership or service discussion. We explain what each platform captures and how it can be configured so customers can meet their own privacy obligations.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure, including through access controls, encryption in transit and contractual obligations on our service providers. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to us over the internet.
