Robotx supplies UBTECH Robotics industrial humanoids and wheeled service robots in Australia and New Zealand. We assess your site, find where they fit, then deploy and support them.

Maker of industrial humanoid robots and wheeled service robots.
Walker S humanoids target repetitive handling and sorting at existing stations, without rebuilding the line.
Wheeled Cruzr robots greet visitors, answer common questions and guide people in lobbies and shopping centres.
Assess embodied AI in one production cell or innovation program before committing to a wider rollout.

UBTECH Robotics is a robotics company founded in 2012 and publicly listed since December 2023. It describes itself as a humanoid and smart service robot company, and its range runs from industrial humanoids to consumer and education products.
For enterprise buyers, two families matter most:
Robotx focuses on the commercial and industrial end of the range. We don’t supply UBTECH’s consumer products.
Humanoid robots make most sense where a task is repetitive, the workstation was designed for a person, and changing the layout for fixed automation would be costly or disruptive. Examples include moving parts or totes between stations and sorting items at a line. Because the category is still maturing, we suggest starting with one well-defined task and clear measures, such as cycle time, error rate or hours freed up, before expanding.
Wheeled service robots suit busier public-facing spaces: a shopping centre concourse, an airport terminal information point or a corporate lobby. In those places the robot handles routine questions and directions, and staff deal with the enquiries that need judgement.
Every engagement starts with a consultation and site assessment. We review the task, floor conditions, network coverage, safety arrangements and how your staff will work alongside the robot. We then recommend a platform, or advise against one, in a written proposal.
If you proceed, Robotx supplies the equipment, configures it for your site, integrates with building systems where the platform supports it, and trains your team. After handover we provide technical support, servicing, parts coordination and warranty administration. You own and operate the equipment; we support it.

Robotx supplies UBTECH Robotics platforms to enterprise and commercial customers in Australia and New Zealand. We start with a consultation and site assessment, recommend the platform that fits the task, then handle supply, deployment, staff training and ongoing technical support. We work with several robotics manufacturers, so our advice isn't tied to one manufacturer.
Some are in commercial deployment, mainly in factory and logistics settings overseas, but humanoid robotics is still an early-stage category compared with delivery or cleaning robots. We recommend starting with one clearly defined task in one area, measuring the result, and expanding from there. If a humanoid isn't the right tool, we will say so.
Yes, for the UBTECH platforms Robotx supplies. We provide technical support, servicing and parts coordination, and administer warranty claims with the manufacturer. Parts for newer humanoid platforms may need to come from overseas, so we discuss how parts will be sourced during scoping, before you commit.
Pricing varies with the platform, configuration, integration work and support terms, so we don't publish a price list. After a consultation and site assessment, Robotx provides a written proposal that itemises equipment, deployment, training and support, which procurement and finance teams can use to compare options and approve the spend.
A robot working near people sits within your existing WHS duties as a person conducting a business or undertaking, and New Zealand sites have equivalent health and safety duties. During scoping we look at the work area, separation from staff, speed and stop functions and your risk assessments. Involve your safety team from the first site visit.
A Robotx consultation starts with your sites, tasks and constraints. We’ll tell you where robotics fits and where it doesn’t, and what a sensible first deployment would look like.
